Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has had plenty of time to prepare for the inevitable.
The Oscar-nominated actor, whose new HBO series, “King Of Queens,” stars Chico “Pinky” Tequila and has also starred in the upcoming movie “Trolls,” will likely make the most of it.
But the 35-year-old actor said Wednesday that he’s not ready to go to the end of his career.
“I think it’s been a great ride, but it’s a long time to be in this business,” he said on the Jimmy Kimmel Live!
“It’s hard to be ready for the end, because that’s a very exciting thing, and you’re going to see more of it.”
But he did say he’s happy he’s had the time to grow and improve, especially when compared to the times he spent in the spotlight.
“It’s been an incredible ride,” he added.
“But I don’t know how you live forever.
I’ve got a lot of people watching me now, and I just keep growing and improving and doing great things.
I’m really enjoying it.””

The series, which premiered in January, has been renewed for a second season, but will likely return in 2019.
